My Queer Spiritual Entropy
You are welcomed into the soft British woodland to explore non-binary belonging through the lens of Trans Ecology. In an alive forest of live-mixed animations, improvised music and the multi-rolling of six clashing characters, you will laugh cry and identify. With child-like play, we uproot the gender-binary, meanwhile, the buds of our raw complexity blossom through the cracks. This is queer theatre that doesn't take sides but seeks unity. From the roots to the leaves - from our heads to our toes, we diversify perspectives through the unwavering force of humour, vulnerability and love.
Holly Rowan has previously performed My Queer Spiritual Entropy in Melbourne Fringe 2023 and Adelaide Fringe 2024. Their one-human show has now flourished into an exciting ecosystem of collaborations, with fellow non-binary artists in Melbourne. This show will take on a whole new audio-visual life, with a message more diverse and beautiful than ever. Also, this run will include greater sensory accessibility in its performances, and live-streamed shows will be available to watch online from home.
